Ordering Process
Pay Through PayPal
You will receive an email with full instructions within a half hour of your order,
sent to the email address you have registered with eBay.
(Check your spam folder for an email from ebay(at)buildasign.com if you do not receive).
Follow the instructions in the email and email us your design. We will send you a proof within 24 hours.
Each Revision will require at most 24 hours for a reply so please be as specific as possible.
Your banner will be out the door in 2 business days (M-F, non-holidays) after your final approval!

Have artwork? Great! Remember high quality art yields high quality prints!
Recommended Formats:
.ai, .pdf, .eps, high resolution .jpg files designed full size saved at at least 72 dpi.
Not Recommended:
Images pulled off of the internet (generally low quality), .pub, .cdr, low resolution .jpg, .png files.

Delivery Information
Orders are usually shipped via
UPS
, but there are certain products that are shipped through USPS. These include Bumper Stickers, small quantities of License Plates, Magnetic Bumper Stickers and a few other small items. Ebay does not mark orders as “shipped” as we use a separate admin system to process your order once we receive your notification. Not to worry though—your order will ship within 1-2 business days.
